With the rapid development of market economy,more and more attention has been paid to the fairness of electricity trade settlement.As the key equipment for electricity statistics,the verification work of transformer is becoming more and more frequent.The load box of transformer which provides secondary load for the verification of transformer also needs to be calibrated regularly.If the accuracy of the load box is not up to the requirements of the regulation,it will lead to the deviation of the simulated two loads when the transformer is checked.The existing transformer load box verification device has the problems of frequent mechanical failure,poor stability of the test signal,adjustment of the test point,errors caused by various human factors in the test,and the like.In order to improve these problems,a new type of verification device for load box of transformer with high stability and high precision digital program control is put forward,which is constructed by combining software and hardware to realize the full automation of load box.Firstly,the classification and working principle of the current transformer load box are summarized,and the error formula in the calibration is analyzed in combination with the current problems.The necessity of calibration is verified.The current load box calibration technology and the problems of the equipment are summarized and analyzed.The idea of the full automatic load box testing platform is put forward.Then,the research direction of the full automatic load box test platform is analyzed.The whole structure of hardware and software is built.The hardware and software system are designed by analyzing the factors of calibration.In the aspect of hardware,a digital program control power supply with high precision and high stability is designed.A high-precision acquisition system and a control circuit system for weak analog signal are designed.The software aspect is used to develop the software control system and the analysis of communication protocol to realize the full automation of operation.Finally,the feasibility of the design is verified by testing the corresponding hardware and software modules.The test platform of the full automatic load box is tested to verify that the equipment can solve the related problems in the current work very well.
