With the development of modern science and technology, the structure of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) becomes more complex, the function becomes more powerful, and the reliability requirements are also become more rigorous. To ensure the safety and reliability of UAV flight, the performance of UAV should be tested before taking off. Automatic test system is a special testing set for flight control system in UAV.The portable-automatic-test-system was raised under this background.Automatic test computer is the core unit in portable-automatic-test-system. The analog interface unit in automatic test computer that is distributed structure using CAN (Controller Area Net) for its internal bus, was mainly introduced in the paper. Firstly, the resources of existing simulate test equipment was discussed; possible way to improve the shortcoming of the simulate test equipment was proposed. Based on the practical application and functional performance requirements of automantic test computer, the tasks and requirements of the analog interface unit were confirmed.Secondly, based on CAN bus design principle, the characteristics of CAN bus was analyzed, and was compared with other kindred bus, the feasibility of using CAN bus for automatic test computer's internal bus was demonstrated. According to the theory of data acquisition and performance requirements, the analog interface unit's precept was demonstrated. The key devices for the analog interface were selected.And then, based on the demonstrated precept, All module of the analog interface unit were designed in detail, the analog interface unit hardware was realized. Based on the actual requirements and test function of simulation, the simulation software of analog interface unit was designed and developed.Finally, the hardware, software module and simulation function were tested and validated, the results show all indexes of analog interface unit's performance were met the performance which were indicated before design.
