With the development of pump technology,people's demand for pump performance and quality is higher and higher.The large area of the traditional high speed pump,especially the volume of the gear box,is too large,and the cost of maintenance and maintenance is too high.These are not in line with the requirements of the present times.Based on the requirements of the enterprise,this paper improves the structure of the traditional high speed pump,and designs a new direct drive high speed pump which does not need gearbox speed up.Firstly,according to the flow and head parameters of the enterprise,the main dimensions and over current components of the high speed pump are designed and calculated,the basic structure of the high speed pump is determined.A new permanent magnet high speed motor with high speed pump is designed,and the type of the seal structure is selected.According to the calculated parameters,CAD software is used to draw two-dimensional graphics,and the two-dimensional map is introduced into the Solidworks to generate a three-dimensional model,so as to prepare for the next analysis.Secondly,in the actual work of the high speed pump,the flow characteristics of the internal flow field are very complicated.It is necessary to use ANSYS Workbench to simulate the internal flow field of the high speed pump,and analyze the velocity and velocity vector diagram and the pressure distribution cloud chart of the internal flow field.The influence of speed and pressure changes on the high speed pump is analyzed,and whether the design is reasonable or not.Finally,in order to avoid the vibration of high speed pump caused by high speed pump in operation,the high speed pump fails.The modal analysis of the pump body is carried out by using ANSYS software,and the natural frequency and vibration pattern of the pump body are obtained,and the natural frequency of the first order can be detected to achieve the overall frequency of the high speed pump so as to avoid the vibration.The static analysis of the flow and solid coupling of the rotor system is carried out to get the stress cloud,strain cloud and total deformation cloud chart of your impeller to check the maximum deformation of the rotor system to meet the requirements.The natural frequency and vibration mode of the rotor system are obtained by dynamic analysis,which ensure that the first natural frequency of the rotor system is less than the spindle frequency,so that the high speed pump can work properly.
