Heart disease is the leading killer that threatens the life and health of the residents of our country.It has great harm to the patients,family,and society.Therefore,the prevention,diagnosis,treatment,and research of heart disease has been an urgent work in the medical field.The use of Holter equipment in traditional ECG monitoring is difficult to carry into the daily life of the family because of its complicated operation and trouble.Therefore,it is necessary to study the wearable and wearable electrical monitoring equipment with small volume and portable comfort.In this paper,a new mobile dynamic ECG monitoring system is proposed to meet the needs of the dynamic ECG monitoring outside the hospital and to improve the detection rate of heart disease.In this paper,a wearable and low-power chest single lead ECG acquisition module are designed and implemented by using software radio technology and Android audio interface standard.The ECG signal acquisition,amplification,and modulation are realized,and the signal acquisition and processing in the client software of the mobile phone is carried out through the phone's headphone interface.The algorithm of signal detection,transformation,and processing on Android platform is studied and designed to realize the function of the detection,digital demodulation and ECG signal de-noising of the lead.The signal processing flow which is originally realized by the microcontroller is transferred to the Android APP software,and the software of the hardware function is realized,thus the front end is reduced.The design complexity of the circuit is achieved,and the low-power and Wearable ECG acquisition hardware are realized.The Android client software provides instant messaging between the patient and the doctor,and the patient can communicate with the doctor at any time in the form of text,voice,picture,and video.Users can log on the mobile client to view real-time ECG waveform,manage ECG data and export ECG analysis and diagnosis reports.This system combines the existing ECG monitoring information management service platform,the obtained ECG data is uploaded to the remote server to carry out further data processing and processing,and finally stored in the database.This system can establish all weather real-time ECG monitoring mode between family and hospital,so as to achieve the purpose of remote dynamic ECG monitoring without the need for hospital visits.The front end hardware of the ECG monitoring system designed in this paper belongs to wearable medical equipment.It is easy to carry,simple operation and low cost,so it can be widely used in all kinds of applications.This paper also provides a key algorithm for the general data acquisition terminal based on Android audio interface,which provides technical support for the development of wearable medical monitoring equipment,and therefore has a broad market development and application prospects.
