Under the background of “Internet plus”,Enterprise training,assessment and management are all networked,It is convenient to manage,emancipate human resources,reduce the consumption of material resources,and improve work efficiency.For the training and assessment of power plant personnel,Shorten the time from the topic to the roll out and the time of marking assessment.Network training,on the one hand to adapt to the rapid development of society science and technology,on the other hand,increase their enthusiasm for learning.On the basis of networking,we add questions screening function to enable employees to learn autonomously,which is more convenient and fast,leave out the tedious of search process,saves learning time,and improves learning and training efficiency.The main contents of this article are as follows: 1.Explore Chinese word segmentation and Summarize the main popular word segmentation algorithms.The questions in the system question bank are randomly selected,and these questions are replaced in all the segmentation algorithms.Comparing the effect of the algorithm after the segmentation,we selecte the IK Analyzer segmentation method which is most suitable for this system.Decomposition of the entire item bank and remove meaningless particles,function words and so on,the topic is divided into a group of key words,and a key word bank is set up to correspond with the question bank.2.We analyze the event report contained in the system,summarize the content information in the event report,analyze and select the useful extraction scope to decompose it by the IK Analyzer segmentation method,and Set up the sequence of key words.3.According to the sequence of key words generated in the second,using FP-Tree algorithm one method of association rule mining algorithm to build the FP-Tree base on the key lexicon,and find the words most close to the user demand which named the maximum frequent itemsets in FP-Tree algorithm,and then through the corresponding relationship between the key lexicon and database,find the corresponding questions,Arrange the typesetting of the test questions,and then displayed to the user.
