The uncertainty of wind power and photovoltaic power makes them unable to meet the amount of transmission energy stipulated in the contract alone.For this reason,the wind power electric field and other non-dispatching power sources are combined with the schedulable energy to form a virtual power plant.This paper presents a self-scheduled virtual power plant,which is composed of intermittent renewable energy,energy storage system and traditional thermal power plant.On the one hand,virtual power plants need to fulfill their long-term bilateral contracts,and on the other hand,they are trying to maximize their overall profits in market transactions.In this paper,the optimal scheduling problem is transformed into a mixed integer linear programming model,and to achieve the maximum profit per week on the basis of long-term bilateral contracts and technical constraints.The uncertain parameters,including photovoltaic power output,wind power output and the market price through different scheme model.The self-dispatcher program of a virtual power plant is based on random programming.The output uncertainty of wind power and solar power generation is solved by pumping hydroelectric storage,conventional power plants as backup,so as to provide flexible operation.The efficiency of the MATLAB simulation model is studie d and the results are analyzed through the practical case.In addition,the effects of different storage capacity and pumped storage unit / pump capacity are analyzed.In addition to solve the optimal operation problem considering the risk factors for VPP daily operating profit,this paper proposed the application model of two order stochastic mixed integer linear programming,solving the expected profit maximization problem in the day before the market and balance under the environment of virtual power plant.In addition,the model also uses the conditional value at risk(CVa R)as a risk measurement technology,risk control and low profit,and the efficiency of the model is successfully applied to the practical case study and using MATLAB simulation model and the results were analyzed,proposed and simulation results are discussed in detail,showing its applicability.
