With the development of Energy Internet,the power system of China has gradually developed into a large-scale,multi-regional and multi-level situation.At the same time,due to the volatility,randomness and intermittence of large-scale new energy,the new energy grid also has some influence on power system.Based on the decentralized optimization method and the multi-scenarios method,a new decentralized multi-scenarios optimization method considering wind power of interconnected power system is proposed in this paper.The advantages of this method are to respond effectively to the uncertainty of wind power and to achieve the aim of new energy consumption in the interconnected power system.This paper establishes a new economic dispatch model using decentralized optimization method and multi-scenarios method.Firstly,to establish the decentralized economic dispatch model,the interconnected power system is decomposed into several independent areas by using the splitting variables and the active power of the contact line is introduced as the coordination variable.The multi-area dynamic economic dispatch model is solved by using the analytical target cascading method in a decentralized way.Secondly,large number of error scenario samples are produced to describe the uncertainty of wind power,which form the multi-scenarios economic dispatch model.The generation scheduling plan from the decentralized economic dispatch model is fixed by the subordinate problems of error scenarios.After this,the analytical target cascading method is adopted again to ensure the satisfaction of coupling constraints economic dispatch of the forecast scenario.The 2-area and 3-area IEEE RTS system are tested to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.The results indicate that the decentralized multi-scenarios economic dispatch model can insure the dispatch independence and data confidentiality of different areas.By solving economic dispatch problem with the model that is proposed in this paper,the power system can deal with the uncertainty of wind power effectively and the occurrence of wind abandonment can be reduced.Above all,this method realizes the resource space complementary advantage of multi-regional interconnected power grid and achieves the goal of large-scale utilization and sharing of wind power in the interconnected power system under the background of the Energy Internet.
