In recent years,the high proportion of wind power integration has not only brought profound changes to the power system,but also brought great challenges.On the one hand,wind power output has characteristics such as volatility and anti-peaking,which has a great impact on the economic dispatch of power system.On the other hand,the development of wind power in China has the characteristics of "large scale,high concentration,long distance" and so on.It is often difficult to completely absorb a high proportion of wind power in the region,so extra wind power needs to be sent outside the region.By coordinating and optimizing the power generation resources in the interconnected regions,the economic efficiency of the power system operation can be improved,and the consumption of wind power can be promoted in a larger space.At the same time,with the expansion of the interconnected power system,the problems of insufficient communication capacity and information privacy highlight gradually,which brings certain difficulties to the optimal dispatch of interconnected power system.In this context,the decentralized coordination algorithm has extremely important significance for improving the computational efficiency of the interconnected system and ensuring the privacy of information between regions.In this paper,the weak robust optimization method is used to describe the uncertainty of wind power output,an optimal dispatching model for interconnected power systems with wind power and pumped storage power stations is established,and the synchronous alternating direction method of multipliers algorithm is used to solve the model.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,this paper analyzes the challenges brought by the uncertainty of wind power output to the economic dispatch of power system and the measures to improve the level of wind power consumption.In this paper,three robust robust representation methods for strong robust optimization,sub-conservative robust optimization and weak robust optimization are described in detail.The idea of using weak robust optimization to solve uncertain problems is given.Secondly,a decentralized and coordinated dispatching model for interconnected power systems with wind power penetration is proposed.The principle of decentralized optimization based on synchronous alternating direction method of multipliers for solving interconnected regions optimal dispatching problem is expounded,the relevant operational constraints of DC tie-line are given,and the robust box set is used to describe the wind power output.Considering the deterioration of the benchmark scenario value to a certain extent,the optimal dispatch is carried out with the objective of optimizing the economy of interconnected systems.Two examples are used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed models,the influence of robust conservativeness adjustment factor on total cost is analyzed,and the simulation results of decentralized dispatching and centralized dispatching are compared.Then,an optimal dispatching model for interconnected power system with wind power considering pumped storage is established.In order to further enhance the wind power absorption capacity,improve the economy of interconnected system,the participation of pumped storage power plants is considered on the basis of the model proposed in chapter 3.This paper introduces the basic functions in power system of pumped storage power station,considers the constraints related to the operation of pumped storage power station,and defines four simulation scenarios.Two examples are used to simulate the model,the related output of wind power is obtained,the discarding rate and total cost difference under different scenarios are compared,and the influence of the capacity of pumped storage power station on the optimal dispatching results of interconnected systems is analyzed,the validity of the proposed models is verified.
