In this paper,based on the actual operation data collected in Tangshan center city of distribution network,the load characteristics of different types are analysed,such as residential,commercial and public institutions,which provide guidance and technical support for power grid planning and user access etc.of Hebei Company and North China.The residential area studied in this paper can be divided into three types: ordinary residential quarter,high-end residential quarter and supporting commercial district.The representative communities or units in Tangshan City are selected as research samples.Through the distribution automation system,Open3000 dispatching automation system,network meter and other ways to collect the load data and electricity data from 2012 to 2014.By careful analysis of a large number of data,different type lode characteristic models are established.Load characteristics model includes different types of residential average annual maximum load,demand factor,Annual load curve,typical daily load curve.Occupancy rate is an important factor affecting the load model of residential district.The average annual maximum load is the basis of the analysis of residential load characteristics.The demand factor is an important part of the residential load model.Considering the development of the cell load in the next 5-10 years,the demand factor is amended by the method of electricity analysis to calculate the final load of the cell.The load characteristic models of commercial and public institutions mainly include annual load curve,typical daily load curve and load density.
