Analysis On Electric Load Characteristic And Research On Demand Factor Model For Residential Housing

Because of the limited understanding of load characteristics,installed capacity can only be considered when central urban power supply program approved.As the user's installed capacity and actual load is different,it is easy to cause two problems: the first one is low utilization of the line.According to the installation load statistics,load line does not have the ability to open,but in the practice line load is low,there is still a large open load capacity;the second one is the heavy load of line,because of not considering the development of access load,it does not have the capacity of load open to user access when actual power supply plan has been approved by the power grid,Therefore,the study of load characteristics is significative to solve the above problems.The main content of this paper is the load characteristics of central urban in Tangshan.First,the residential areas are divided into two types: ordinary residential areas and high-grade residential areas.With the automation system of Tangshan City distribution network coverage,Huiminyuan,Tianyuanjunjing and Tianyuan garden are selected as the research samples,the load and consumption data in 2015 and 2016 is collected.Second,the average peak daily load analysis and household load curve analysis methods are used to in-depth data analysis and data mining,load characteristics index of different types of residential area is calculated,and the changes of load characteristics is summarized.At last,the residential load model is established,which can be used for the distribution of power supply facilities in residential areas.At last,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the rational allocation and design of the power supply facilities in different types of residential areas,such as the calculation of the combined capacity of the residential district,the the final load calculation of urban residential areas and the average load capacity ratio of the transformer.It can provide an effective basis for the calculation of the capacity of the connection and distribution of the northern Hebei Province as well as the whole area,and has practical value.
