Research On Financial Risk Management Of A Company Of Central Nuclear Group

With the development of China’s market economy,enterprises in our country are facing more and more challenges in the process of development.On the one hand,enterprises are actively facing market competition,looking for opportunities for development and becoming stronger and stronger.On the other hand,enterprises should pay more attention to financial risk management while developing,and not only lead to financial risks,but also lead to financial risks.Enterprises will fall into business crisis and even fall into bankruptcy crisis.At the same time,enterprises should further analyze their potential financial risks and take pertinent measures to prevent the financial risk of enterprises to harm the healthy development of enterprises.This paper first expounds the research background of financial risk and the current research status at home and abroad.Then,it expounds the related concepts and theoretical system of financial risk.Secondly,taking the A company of CNN as an example,it introduces the basic situation of A company of central nuclear group,and carries out preliminary risk identification to the central nuclear group A company.According to the results of financial risk identification,this paper expounds the influencing factors of its financial risk,including external factors(economic,policy,resource factors)and internal factors(financing risk factors,investment risk factors,operating risk factors),and again,through the use of analytic hierarchy process and efficiency coefficient method,The financial risk evaluation system of A company is built,the financial risk of A company is evaluated,and the financial risk of A company is rated by the chemical industry as the standard.By comparing with the industry standard,it is found that there is a certain financial risk in A company.Finally,the corresponding control measures are put forward to the financial risk deposited by A company.The focus of this paper is to construct the financial risk assessment system of A company and to prevent and control the financial risk of A company.The purpose is to help A company to know more about the financial risk of its own,help the management to have a pertinent adjustment strategy and make a more scientific and reasonable management and development strategy for the A company.A little bit,so that A can maintain healthy and stable development.
