The frame is the main structure of automatic guided vehicle.Most parts of the automatic guided vehicle are fixed on the frame,which bears various loads inside and outside the vehicle.The structural performance of the frame affects the working performance of the guided vehicle directly.Unreasonable frame structure will lead to deformation or fracture of the frame,which can not guarantee the normal operation of the vehicle.In this paper,the finite element method is used to analyze and optimize the frame of the guided vehicle,and the frame can be appropriately reduced under the condition of meeting the requirements of strength and stiffness.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper defines the simplified principle of the AGV frame in modeling.The 3D modeling of the frame of the AGV is carried out by using the 3D drawing software Solid Works.Then,the finite element model of the frame is established by using ANSYS Workbench software based on the finite element technology.By the powerful function of ANSYS Workbench software,the stress and deformation of the frame under several typical working conditions are obtained through the static analysis of the frame.(2)Through the modal analysis of the frame with the finite element software,the first 7 order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the frame in free state can be obtained.The analysis of the relevant parameters proved that the frame could reduce the possibility of resonance phenomenon under normal driving conditions.(3)Topology optimization theory is applied in topology optimization of the frame.The size and structure of the frame are optimized and improved with the analysis data,and then the optimized frame is verified under the typical working conditions,which proved that the improved frame is reasonable.After optimization,the weight of the frame was reduced by 4.3%.The topology optimization method is applied to the design of the frame structure in the guided vehicle.In this paper,the finite element analysis of the frame structure of the AGV is carried out.And the following conclusion could be drawn through the analysis:through the application of finite element method in frame structure design,the product development cycle is greatly shortened,product development and production costs is reduced,and the performance and reliability of the product is guaranteed.The research provides a reference for enterprises in the frame optimization of AGV,and lays a foundation for the follow-up work.
