| The blade is one of the important components of wind tunnel fan.The wind tunnel often is widely used in investigating the basic law of aerodynamic,and serves directly or indirectly developing a variety of aircraft and ground transportation.The researches of blade design and manufacturing method have been one of the focuses in the field of mechanical engineering.In this paper structure design,finite element analysis and experiments are accomplished on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite blade.The study takes a wind tunnel blade as an example,and the contents of the work are as follows:1.The basic principle of fan blade in wind tunnel is expounded.The basic theoretical knowledge of blade,the basic concept of the blade and blade basic calculation formula,etc.are emphasized.The structural design and analysis of the blade are achieved,and the basic structure of the blade,the load of the blade,the choice of materials,the design of the layer are considered.2.Taking domestic wind tunnel blade as an example,design the blade structure with UG NX4 software,and then establish the blade finite element model in CAD software CATIA.Last,import the model into the finite element software ANSYS.The finite element analysis of the static strength of the blade structure is carried out.The displacement,stress and strain under different working conditions are given to test whether the blade structure design and the ply design satisfy the strength design index.The six order frequency of the blade is calculated to ensure that the blade does not resonate at the working speed,which provides a theoretical basis for the safe use of the blade.3.Introduce the forming of several wind tunnel fan blade process and summarize the advantages and disadvantages between different technical methods.The emphasis is on prepreg molding process as an example and a sample for mechanical experiment is made and processed.The mechanical tensile test is carried out for the sample,and the validity of the design and analysis is demonstrated by comparing the results of the finite element calculation on the benchmark of the test results.Through the above work,the purpose is to find a method for studying the reliability of wind tunnel fan blade,which provides a new reference and way for the design and analysis ofwind tunnel blade in the future. |
