Steam supplying system is a kind of steam power system,which is mainly composed of steam generation system,steam filling system,auxiliary system,regulating and recovering system and so on.There are many kinds of equipment.The equipment is mainly run through different working medium.The working medium mainly includes steam,water,air,fuel and so on.When the user has a fast and large flow of steam demand,the steam supplying system ensures this problem by providing a steam accumulator between the steam source and the user.In the process of charging and discharging,the change of the charging flow will cause great disturbance to the boiler because the change of the instantaneous flow is large.If the reasonable operating parameters and the appropriate filling strategy are not determined,it is easy to cause system operation failure.In this paper,marine steam power system is the research object.Based on the basic principle of thermodynamics,the mathematical model of the important components of the steam power system is established.Then,based on SimuWorks simulation platform,the simulation model of the steam power system is integrated.The model is corrected and charging and discharging process of the turbulence of the turbo-generator.The performance characteristics of the system are analyzed from the dynamic trend of the system.The results show that the disturbance in the process of large power steam turbine unit,using the strategy of aerated flow linear increase compared with the linear valve open strategy,can not only ensure the power in the process of rapid increase stability,but also to maintain maximum power,there will be no power or low power overshoot phenomenon.Power disturbances are given in this paper in the process of steam flow linear increase of filling,different valve operation characteristics and operating conditions on the influence law of system parameters: shorter valve inlet valve open time,maximum power to keep the longer,closing valves,the shorter the time system is the key operation parameters fluctuation more intense;Under three operating conditions,the system parameters caused by cross-filling are the most fluctuating,and the normal disturbance is the second,and the alternating current is the least.All the power disturbance simulation experiments conducted in this paper,the increase rate of boiler yield is less than 1t/h,which meets the requirements of user demand and safe production.
