With the promotion of China's urbanization process and the rapid increase in urban population,the efficiency of land use and rational urban spatial layout are especially significant.In order to solve conflict in the implementation process of the general land use planning,urban planning and environmental protection plan,China proposed the "multi-planning united" in December 2013.It is not a simple solution of myriad planning between the "greatest common divisor",but a planning system which is total order,clear hierarchy and accurate intelligence.One of the key work of the "multi-planning united" is the handling with the differential pattern.According to the survey results in experimental cities,we can see that a certain number of differentiated patterns can't realize the ground class configuration through the coordinated principle,thus affecting the effective of the implementation of the "multi-planning united".Therefore,against the background of low utilization efficiency of the land resources,the ground class configuration of this kind of differentiated patterns is very crucial to the reasonable utilization of land resources and the realization of the cities' sustainable development.Thesis is on the basis of combing the content of ' multi-planning united' and analyzing the 'two plans' undifferentiated pattern,which can be distinguished according to 'The Technical Standard of Nanjing Multi-disciplinary Planning'(hereinafter referred to as the"Nanjing Rules in Multi Standard").The coordinate principle in it is used to class configuration of differentiated pattern spot and undifferentiated pattern spot,which contributes to define the research object.At the same time,it is based on the sustainable use,land eco-economic and systematics and other theories to build undifferentiated pattern spot optimization model,combined with the idea of objective optimization,and put forward chaos ant colony optimization algorithm solving model.One,the thesis is analyzing the superposition of land use planning and urban and rural planning(hereinafter referred to as the "two rules")to form undifferentiated pattern spot.And according to "Nanjing Rules in Multi Standard" to confirm undifferentiated pattern spot.The core of class configuration of undifferentiated pattern spot is the core of the thesis that is the optimization of differentiated pattern spot.Two,based on the clearing the undifferentiated pattern spot concept,taking the land sustainable development and spatial agglomeration as optimization discipline and considering ground type has great influence on the regional ecological and the development of the economy,in this way to set up multiple goals system that consists of economic benefit,ecological benefit,economical and ecological coordination,spatial aggregation and the subgoal of the land class conversion cost.The thesis defines objective function by mathematical expressions,at the same time it takes regional land class number and land class conversion limited into account.On this account,it can structure the constrained system of model,thereby the undifferentiated pattern spot optimized model can be structured.Three,referring to the ways of multi-objective optimization solution at home and abroad and chaos ant colony optimization algorithm of the intelligent optimization algorithms is adopted as the solution to the problem.However,basic chaos ant colony optimization algorithm is easy to converge too early and lead to be involved in the local optimum,thus drawing into chaotic model when updating pheromone concentration.Through chaotic disturbance,the randomness of ants will be disturbed,avoiding premature convergence and achieve global optimization.Four,taking Qixia District of Nanjing city as an example,analyzing "Two Rules"undifferentiated pattern spot,setting up undifferentiated pattern spot optimal allocation model,combining chaos ant colony optimization algorithm to realize land class optimization configuration.This article is by means of contrasting the result of manual configuration to verify the scientific of the model,the feasibility of the chaos ant colony optimization algorithm and rationality of the configuration optimization.The study on the differentiated pattern spot optimal allocation is of great significance to improving land use efficiency,improving "Two Rules" differentiated pattern spot coordinated,pushing multi-planning united measures.In addition,the study and manual configuration complement each other to achieve the optimization of the differentiated pattern spot.
