This paper takes the dynamic harmonic of power grid as the research object,applies the artificial bee colony algorithm to the dynamic harmonic estimation of power grid,and proposes a dynamic harmonic estimation method of power grid based on the Chaos Improved Artificial Bee Colony algorithm.Firstly,aiming at the "precocity" problem of the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm,this paper introduces the improved Tent chaotic mapping into the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm,which improves the ergodicity and uniformity of the search factors when the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm is searching globally.The simulation results of multiple groups of examples show the effectiveness of the improved method.Although the traditional frequency-domain harmonic detection algorithm has a high calculation accuracy,it has some problems such as spectrum leakage,fence effect and is easy to be affected by DC components and noise.Therefore,this paper proposes to combine the Chaos Improved Artificial Bee Colony algorithm with the Recursive Least Square method to ensure a high detection accuracy without spectrum leakage,fence effect and strong adaptability to the detection environment.This method optimizes the initial weight of the Recursive Least Square method by improving the Artificial Bee Colony algorithm,and solves the problem that the Recursive Least Square method is sensitive to the initial weight.In the case of single frequency,multi frequency and noise,the estimation results of the proposed algorithm are analyzed.The results show that compared with the other two hybrid algorithms in this paper,the proposed hybrid algorithm has higher accuracy,faster convergence speed and better robustness,especially for medium and high-dimensional optimization problems.The proposed hybrid algorithm has faster convergence speed and better robustness The algorithm has high accuracy and good robustness.The proposed algorithm is verified based on the measured data of the programmable power supply experiment platform.The test results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible,effective and efficient for the dynamic harmonic estimation of power grid.
