Plant Landscape Evaluation Of Hailing Island Coastal Area In Yangjiang,China

Garden plant,an important element of urban landscape,had an significant ecological function and aesthetic value.It could effectively promote the construction of urban garden,the protection of biodiversity and the construction of harmonious human living environment.In recent years,urban landscape construction in China had important theoretical and practical significance for comprehensive analysis and landscape evaluation of plant landscape.Coastal area was one of the most valuable ecosystems of human habitation.It was necessary for us to create beautiful coastal plant configuration patterns and garden communities,and screen salt and alkali tolerant plants.3 research areas in Hailing Island Coastal Area were investigated,and 30 landscape units in parks were evaluated.The results were as follow:1.Species composition of garden plants in Hailing Island Coastal Area:(1)There were 142 species of garden plants in the coastal Area,belonging to 106 genera of 52 families.The dominate families were Apocynaceae,Agavaceae,Moraceae,Caesalpiniaceae,Palmae.On the basis of life form,the species of even-green arbor and shrub were used often,herbs were less,and vines were bseldom used,there were fewer primary plants and more cultivated plants.2.The results of landscaping features in the 3 research areas were as follow: 1)Museum Exhibition Leisure Area,the species were rich.Colors match was reasonable.The shade effect of the square was poor;the average typhoon was 5-7times a year,and it was easily attacked by typhoon and other bad weather.2)The Coastal Theme Hotel Area,the community structure of landscape plant was rational and of high ecological benefits,and the deciduous tree species have a relatively small proportion.3)Plant Landscapes in Golf Sports Parks highlight the coastal features.The species were rich,but their quantities are small,and they are vulnerable to typhoons and other bad weather.3.Landscape Evaluation.30 landscape units were investigated.The AHPmethod and the grey relational analysis were used to evaluate landscape quality.According to the Kendall’s W coefficient testing,the results of two methods were consistence.Evaluation results show that: the landscape unit with higher evaluation value is more harmonious in landscape proportion,rich in landscape space and reasonable in color collocation.The bad plant landscape were that disproportions of landscape proportion,lack of spatial level,poor layout,color single and unreasonable.4.In this paper,in termsof plant landscaping status quo of Hailing Island Coastal Area,some suggestions were put forward in South China Coastal Area,which were as follows:1)Innovating plant combination,establishing particular landscape;2)Enriching plant species,highlighting local characteristics;3)Adhering to the law of nature,establishing reasonable plant community,4)Enhancing the application of lianas,enriching vertical landscapes.
