Precast steel reinforced concrete beams are more and more appreciated by the construction industry due to their superior mechanical properties.As the precast part of SRC beams,the bottom prefabricated members play a very important role in the overall performance.According to the different forms of the precast section,it can be divided into V type,U type and moment type.In order to study the performance of its construction stage,this paper takes the shear span ratio,the concrete strength and the type of steel as the research parameters,and carries out static load test on the bottom prefabricated components of 6 precast V section precast steel reinforced concrete beams.The research results show that the shear span ratio has the greatest influence on the bearing capacity and ductility of the specimens.The strength of concrete and the type of steel have great influence on the ductility of specimens,but the influence on the bearing capacity of specimens is not significant.Finally,through theoretical analysis,the calculation formula of load capacity of precast steel reinforced concrete beam bottom prefabricated components during construction stage is obtained,providing reference for its engineering design and application.In this paper,two points concentrated monotonic load test and theoretical analysis are carried out for prefabricated member of prefabricated V section PSRC beam bottom,and the following research work is completed.(1)the mechanical behavior and failure mechanism of the prefabricated member of the V type steel concrete beam under the monotonic load are analyzed.(2)the cracking load,the yield load and the ultimate load of the prefabricated member of the V type steel concrete beam under the action of monotone load are studied.(3)summarize the development trend and distribution rule of concrete cracks,especially the main strain stress distribution rules of concrete and steel during the whole load process,and analyze the contribution of each part to the load bearing capacity of SRC members.(4)study the influence of shear span ratio,steel type,stirrup ratio and concrete strength parameters on the mechanical behavior of steel reinforced concrete beam component;(5)the calculation theory of the stress strength of V type steel concrete beams under monotonic load is established and the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of V type steel concrete beams is put forward.The deformation and crack of the beam are studied and the corresponding calculation formula is obtained.The correctness and applicability ofthe obtained formula are verified by comparison and analysis with the results obtained from the test.
