In recent years,the civil aviation industry has developed rapidly.Due to the high value of air cargo,many airlines have also paid great attention to air cargo.At present,China's air cargo volume has become the second largest in the world,and occupies an important position in the world air cargo market.In 2010,Meilan airport cargo company was established to be responsible for the baggage and cargo transportation and service of Meilan airport.Meilan airport cargo company not only needs to achieve safe transportation and provide quality service,but also develop cross-border e-commerce and other innovative business.The quality and efficiency of the staff training management plays an important role in the development of the company.Now there are still some problems in the training management of the ground guarantee personnel of Meilan airport cargo company.In this paper,I try to analyze the each link of the training management through interviews and other forms and to find out the problems and analyze the cause of problems.Based on the successful experience of Singapore Changi International airport,Beijing Capital International airport,Shanghai Pudong International airport,Sinoport Aviation Ground Services company and Fenghuang airport cargo company,I try to explore the countermeasures to solve the problems in the training management of Meilan airport cargo company,so as to promote the healthy and rapid development of the company.
