| In recent decades,with the continuous development and progress of testing machine technology,pulsating fatigue testing machine for its working frequency is only 2~8 Hz frequency is too low compared with other same specification testing machine,so now for fatigue test,the experimental device on the market basically adopts the fatigue testing machine of electro-hydraulic servo technology.Fatigue tests usually take a lot of time,ranging from one week to many months.This requires a lot of energy.Because the traditional electro-hydraulic servo control,the output power is constant,it can not save energy,energy consumption,resulting in a great deal of energy Waste,increasing product costs.However,the pulsating fatigue tester has a scientific and reasonable structural design,reliable operation,low operating cost,low noise,low energy consumption,no special cooling system,stable and reliable performance,simple and convenient maintenance and easy maintenance,and has obvious energy saving in practical applications effect,The energy consumed in the application of the electrohydraulic servo fatigue test system of the same specification is about ten to twenty times that of the energy consumed by the electrohydraulic servo fatigue test system.It is in line with the scientific and technological development concepts of energy saving and environmental protection in today’s society,Pulsation fatigue testing machine is widely used in the low-frequency and the need to apply large load and large amplitude of the fatigue test,it has made important contributions to the quality inspection of various engineering areas in China.1.Refer to related documents for analysis and study of the technical advantages and defects of the pulsation fatigue tester,I calculate the plunger stroke and get a simple formula for engineering application,and analyze the influence of each parameter on the plunger stroke waveform.The static and dynamic analysis of the single-acting pulsating hydraulic oil source to find the dynamic unbalanced force is one of the main reasons that the pulsating fatigue tester cannot be applied to the high-frequency loading fatigue test.Thus,a dynamic balance solution for setting up an opposing mechanism is proposed.2.By analyzing the actual working conditions of the pulsating hydraulic oil source,flywheels are used in practical applications to save energy,and the flywheel is calculated and its structure is designed.A continuous amplitude modulation device with a pulsating hydraulic oil source is designed to precisely control the stroke of the plunger so that the pulsation fatigue tester can perform continuous amplitude modulation,Calculate the relationship between the stroke of the plunger and the screw stroke of the device and perform amplitude modulation according to the relationship.This paper proposes a technology and drive control scheme for compensating leakage of the volume servo control system of the pulsating hydraulic oil source.The rational spatial layout and structural design of the pulsating hydraulic oil source are proposed,and the structural design scheme of the new high-frequency pulsating hydraulic oil source is proposed.3.A new 1000KN high frequency pulsating hydraulic oil source with a working frequency of 25 Hz was designed.The finite element analysis was performed on the pulsating hydraulic oil source using ANSYS software.The results of static analysis of key components show that the material can be selected to meet the strength requirements reasonably.The result of modal analysis on the oil source shows that resonance phenomenon does not occur.Therefore,the structural design of the oil source can meet the static and dynamic requirements.4.Virtual simulation technology is used to simulate the actual operation of a new high-frequency pulsating hydraulic oil source.The kinematics simulation and rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation were performed by Adams software.The simulation results verified the accuracy of the working principle,motion trajectory,plunger stroke waveform and output force waveform of the mechanism,Consistent with theoretical analysis and design,high frequency loading can be achieved. |
