Automated warehouse is an excellent product produced by the combination of modern logistics technology,modern computer technology and automation technology.Its appearance integrates the storage,delivery,handling and transportation of goods,which greatly saves warehouse management and maintenance.The cost of procedures such as use and utilization has also greatly improved the efficiency of corporate logistics.Warehousing management level occupies an extremely important position in the production activities of enterprises.It plays a decisive role in improving logistics efficiency.However,the warehousing management of an enterprise is an extremely complex integrated management system,with its outbound storage,storage,and cargo selection.The efficiency of the link has a direct impact on the level of enterprise warehouse management.This paper uses this as a starting point to study the optimal routing problem for cargo picking in automated warehouses.In order to improve the efficiency of automated warehouses,this paper first establishes a mathematical model of actual use of Z enterprise automated warehouses,and then uses the minimum time required by the stacker to select all the goods to be picked as the objective function,and applies the ant colonies separately.Algorithms and genetic algorithms are used to solve this problem.The solution involves several aspects such as algorithm design,MATLAB programming and simulation,result analysis,and comparison of solution effects.Then,by comparing the actual simulation results of the two algorithms,the two algorithms are objectively evaluated.Solve the advantages and disadvantages of computing speed,calculation accuracy,convergence speed and other aspects in the automated stereoscopic warehouse picking model.Finally,a hybrid algorithm combining ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed.Through detailed algorithm design and MATLAB simulation,the simulation results show that The hybrid algorithm has better application effect in the problem of goods picking optimal path in Z enterprise automated warehouse.Finally,according to the research results of this paper,the shortcomings of model establishment and algorithm design in this study are proposed,and the future development direction of this problem is expected. |
