As the user's requirements of quality and service performance of the vehicle product continue to increase,the functional requirements for the reliability assessment of the engine accessories and the evaluation test of the characteristics of the parts are becoming more and more strict.Therefore,it is necessary to test the parts of the engine under specific conditions through corresponding test devices.In this paper,a test bench is designed to test the performance of parts of engine parts(heating elements,automotive electronic pumps).The test bench can simulate the working conditions of parts under the actual driving of the vehicle to the maximum extent,and test its reliability and durability.The test bench for the friction between cylinder sleeve and piston rings is also designed in this paper.The system can measure the friction force of the piston rings of the engi ne and evaluate the performance of them.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Reliability test system for heating elementa)The test contents and requirements of preheating plug and preheating grid are analyzed.The overall design scheme of the test bench with both cooling and safety requirements is proposed.An integrated movable cabinet for the test bench is designed and built.b)The hardware part of the heating element test bench is designed.Based on the MC9S12XET256 micro controller,the main controller of the measurement and control system is developed.The hardware circuit of the main controller is designed,and the embedded software of the hardware is designed for different test components and cooling functions.c)Based on the Visual Basic 6.0 programming environment,the background management software of the test system is developed.The condition discrimination and data acquisition of the test element are realized.By the Information interaction with the main controller,the test process is displayed and the test data is recorded.The reliability is judged by the test data,and the cause of the result can be analyzed according to the test data.The data can be stored and replayed.And the background management software have the function of fault alarm and so on.(2)Reliability test system for automotive electronic pumpa)The test contents and requirements of automotive electronic pump are analyzed.The overall design scheme of the test bench is designed.b)The hardware design of the main controller is the same as the test system for heating element.The work of electronic water pump is controlled by the relay.Measuring the flow rate of electronic pump under different operating conditions by flow sensor.Pressure sensors are used to measure the pressure difference of the impor t and export of electronic pump.The reliability is judged according to the signal of these sensors.c)The background management software of test system is developed based on VB.NET programming environment.(3)The test bench for the friction between cylinder sleeve and piston ringsCollection system of the test bench for the friction between cylinder sleeve and piston rings is designed.Based on VB.NET programming environment,the background management software of test system is developed.The test system consists of a crankshaft angle signal generator,two pressure sensors,two charge amplifiers,a data acquisition equipment and an industrial personal computer.In view of the test system,the data acquisition software is developed by using the synchronous data acquisition mode based on the angle of rotation,and realizing the digital and graphic display of the measured data.It also has the functions of data storage and dynamic playback,data analysis and so on.
