As urban rail transit enters a new era of network operation,maintenance of urban rail transit network reflects new features,such as centralized resource planning and integrated multiple maintenance modes.In order to realize network concentrated overall planning,maintenance decision of network operation aimed to establish "safe and reliable" as the core,synthesized various maintenance resources configuration requirements(including venues,time,materials,information,human resources,etc.),integrated multiple maintenance modes.(such as combining autonomous maintenance and outsourcing maintenance,planned repair and condition repair,and multi-disciplinary collaborative maintenance,etc.)The operation and maintenance decision issues was studied for urban rail transit network.It had important practical significance and research value to improve the lack of technical level and service level for maintenance under network operation.Maintenance issues and characteristics was analyzed under network operations.The importance of nodes was evaluated based on network connectivity reliability.Maintenance technology of urban rail transit facilities and equipment was hackled.The rail transit network failure was analyzed from the perspective of network failure.The importance of facilities and equipment was studied based on RAMS,which incorporates reliability,availability,maintainability,and safety.Operation and maintenance decision issues for urban rail transit network was studied in different scenarios.Firstly,considering the coordination of maintenance center and the entire urban rail transit network,the spatial distribution of nodes and arcs in urban rail transit networks,the configuration of facilities and equipment,and the need for maintenance resources,the location,scale,and coverage of the maintenance center was determined.The single comprehensive maintenance center had great advantages in the operation and management mode.There was two-tier management structure reflects the concept of “network construction of the system,flattening of the management structure,informatization of management means,and intensive use of resources”.Secondly,around the three aspects of routine inspections and maintenance,facilities and equipment breakdowns,and emergencies,maintenance requirements of urban rail transit network was analyzed.Maintenance decision models for the line operation and network operation was established,to locate maintenance centers and to deploy resource units.Under the networked operation scenario,further,the daily maintenance and minor maintenance of regional maintenance center,and overhaul and medium repair of professional maintenance were distinguished.Biogeography-based optimization(BBO)was designed to solve the model,fault of nodes were simulated under uncertainty by Monte Carlo simulation,in combination with example,which ensured the validity of the model.Furthermore,quality evaluation system of urban rail transit network was established by referring to the RAMS index.Quality assurance standards were provided for maintenance support for urban rail transit maintenance and security department such as specialized maintenance company,regionalized maintenance center and maintenance base.
