With the development of demand response technology,the schedulability potential of demand side resources has gained more and more attention.Through the efficient use of demand side resources,some ancillary services once provided by the power generation side can be provided by the demand side,and a large number of applications of demand response technology also have an influence on the operational reliability of distribution network.To solve the problem of demand side resources participating in electricity market bidding,a decision-making optimization model based on two kinds of demand response contracts,load curtailment and load shifting,was proposed,so aggregators can effectively schedule the controllable load of consumers.The contract parameters are set in consideration of different load characteristics of each season,allowing the aggregators to make the most reasonable bidding strategy in different seasons.Sequential Monte Carlo simulation was applied to evaluate the operational reliability of the distribution network at each period of a typical daily load before and after the demand response.The results of a numerical example show that the load curve after demand response is better than that before response,and expectation of power outage during the peak load period can be reduced by the demand response.In the season with high peak to valley value,the incentive-based demand response can obviously improve the operational reliability index of the distribution network.To solve the uncertainty of demand response in real time market,the factors that may cause user default were analyzed and summed up based on the consumer psychology,and the uncertainty evaluation model was established based on the blind-number theory.By centrally installing energy storage devices by aggregator to deal with the uncertainty of response,the impact of uncertainty on the power grid is reduced,and the default fines that the load aggregators need to pay are also reduced,too.
