| As the world’s most cutting-edge transmission products,Dual Clutch Transmission (referredto as DCT)that inheritances on the manual transmission in the structure, has high mechanicalefficiency and widely applied, has become the auto companies competing research anddevelopment focus. It is has important practical significance for China’s own development ofautomatic transmission products that research dual clutch transmission core technology.Shift schedule refers to the time between two automatic shift gears with the variation of thecontrol parameters.Shift schedule is core technology to dual clutch transmission shift controlsystem. Because of the traditional shift schedule does not adequately reflect the dynamiccharacteristics of the vehicle engine, does not fully consider the affect that the vehicle loadchanges, the driver meaning and the road environment to the shift schedule, making theperformance of dual clutch transmission is difficult to be fully realized.Based on the above background, in this paper, the movement of vehicles and powertransmission lines are analyzed and simplified,the vehicle model and clutch dynamics andcontrol model are built by AMESim software.With the existing shift control strategies areanalyzed,the fuzzy three-parameter shift control strategy is made,which according to DCTstructure and control principles and the using the method of fuzzy control logic and speed,throttle, acceleration as the control parameters. Based on fuzzy three-parameter shift controlstrategy, two kinds of fuzzy four-parameter and the fuzzy five-parameter shift control strategyare developed,which taking into account the affecting factors of the vehicle quality and rate ofchange throttle.These four kind of strategies are verified by AMESim and MATLAB/SIMULINK co-simulation platform for its validity and reasonableness. |
