With the wide application of variable displacement swash plate compressor in automobile air conditioning systems,more and more attention has been paid to the improvement of compressor performance.Based on the dynamic analysis of the compressor,the problems of rotor balance,key components stress and structural optimization are studied in this paper.The vibration and noise test of the compressor shows that the idle vibration and noise is prominent.It is concluded that the dynamic imbalance of the rotor is the main reason for the excessive vibration and noise,and the rotor imbalance of the compressor is calculated.With the dynamic analysis of swash plate,the time response of the swash plate angle is calculated theoretically.The influence of spring damping coefficient,swash plate moment of inertia,swash plate mass and elastic coefficient of spring on the stability and rapidity of swash plate angle response is analyzed by the two indexes of maximum overshoot and rise time.The dynamic imbalance of rotor and the stuck movement of swash plate is improved by structural optimization of the compressor.A dynamic balance optimization software was written to optimize the mass,structure and inertial parameters of the compressor rotor components,which can solve the design variables that minimize the maximum total compressor imbalance within the constraints rang.Through the dynamic analysis of swash plate hub,it can be concluded that the lateral moment and direct contact between swash plate hub and main shaft will generate large friction force on the axial movement of the swash plate,which will make the movement stuck.In view of the stuck phenomenon,effective optimizaiton measures are put forward.The kinematics and dynamics of the compressor are simulated to study the force between parts of the compressor under idle and steady state condition.The simulation result are compared with the previous theoretical dynamics calculation to verify the accuracy of theoretical calculation of the compressor dynamics.
