The “made to order” mode of multi-category and small-batch production has become the mainstream production mode of manufacturing.Enterprises must provide specific models and quantities of products in time to meet the randomly changing needs of customers,this needs to be achieved through a flexible production system.More and more enterprises are implementing lean production and organize their production in JIT mode,and flexible U-shaped production line as the lean production infrastructure,the scheduling of allocation of production line tasks plays a key role in whether production can be carried out smoothly and efficiently.However,there are few researches work on task allocation of flexible U-shaped production line oriented to JIT.Therefore,in this paper,the task assignment of flexible U-shaped production line under JIT mode is taken as the research object,the method and system of task allocation of U-shaped production line are studied.First of all,this article start with the concept of lean production JIT.By comparing the linear production line,the parallel linear production line and the U-shaped production line,it is concluded that the U-shaped production line can provide more combinations of tasks and bring higher balance rate.Based on this,the characteristics of the lean U-shaped production line were further analyzed.Secondly,aiming at the current situation that there is little research about allocation of collaborative task,this paper put minimize the number of workers and balancing job load as optimization goals,constructed a task allocation model for collaborative job task.Based on the COMSOAL algorithm,task selection mechanism and algorithm are improved,and a task allocation algorithm for collaborative job task in U-shaped production line is proposed named M-COMSOAL.The task allocation can be performed according to the production cycle time or the number of workers on the U-shaped production line,and verified the algorithm by an example.Finally,in the Visual Studio 2010 development environment based on SQL Server 2014 database,developed a flexible U-shaped production line task allocation system(UPLTAS).The system can quickly determine the number of workers and task allocation plan under different production cycle time according to the changes of market demand,and applied it on one actual production line,which verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method and system.
