| With the increasing intelligence of vehicle,The steering system is also reforming,new type of steering by wire system,which is unlike mechanical transmission mechanism in the past,cancel the mechanical connection between steering wheel and the execution part,and can design variable angle transmission ratio based on the actual vehicle driving condition to take active steering control on vehicle.This article focuses on the steering-by-wire active steering control strategy.The main research contents are as follows:First,the development status of the line control steering at home and abroad is analyzed,the focus of the research on the line control steering system is carried out,and the research content of this paper is established.Secondly,the dynamic model of steering by wire system is established according to the characteristics of steering by wire as well as the actual situation,variable angle transmission ratio is designed considered the constant of speed gain value of automobile yaw angle,and linear correction is done on variable angle transmission ratio,meanwhile,the active steering control strategy of line control steering system is studied.In order to ensure vehicle handling and stability and improve driving safety,a coordinated controller is designed based on active steering and direct yaw moment control,and simulation is carried out.Finally,the hardware in the loop test is carried out on the test-bed,and the tests of low speed,medium speed and high speed on the high attachment road are carried out by selecting typical sine sinusoidal and angular step conditions.In order to test the actual vehicle effect of the independent design of the line control steering system,a linear control system is carried out on a real car with a self developed line control steering system,including in-situ steering test and driving steering test,functional verification is completed through front wheel angle following test,the actual loading performance of the designed line control steering is verified. |
