In high speed or heavy load railway line,before the subgrade reaches the damage strength,the excessive deformation may not be allowed.In order to make up the settlement of the subgrade,restore the normal height of the subgrade and ensure its normal use.The polymer grouting technology is used to inject polyurethane into the foundation,and the purpose of lifting the subgrade is achieved through the expansion of polyurethane polymer.Polymer grouting technology has many advantages,such as short construction period,low cost,little traffic impact and no pollution to environment.It has been widely applied to the settlement and uplift and reinforcement of expressways.However,there are many problems to be studied in the process of grouting,especially the relationship between polyurethane expansion force and reaction time,and the relationship between polyurethane expansion force and density,which directly determines whether we can achieve the desired results.Based on the expansion characteristics of polyurethane,a general scheme for measuring the expansion force of polyurethane is proposed in this paper.According to the overall scheme of the system and the actual testing requirements,design and production of a polyurethane expansion force detection device,and on the basis of polyurethane expansion force test,the relationship of reaction time and expansion force,the relationship between force and density of the expansion,and Study on a series of theoretical and experimental aspects.The polyurethane foam expansion force detection device developed by this project adopts modern control technology,computer communication technology and CAD/CAE technology.It is composed of PLC control system,serial communication system,mechanical execution system and man-machine interface system,with automatic detection function.
