Vehicle integrated chassis control aims to enhance the active safety.Through the integration of various kinds of dynamics control subsystems,the integrated chassis control,which has become a focus in the research field of vehicle dynamics,can reduce the interference between different systems and optimize the performance of the control system.Meanwhile,the working state of the tire directly affects the performance of the vehicle,such as dynamic performance and control stability.Therefore,a kind of intelligent tire system with embedded sensor to obtain tire status is widely studied.Through incorporating the intelligent tire into the integrated chassis control,the real-time information of the tire working state can be used by the control system,and then the actuating range and effect of the integrated chassis control can be promoted.In addition,how to power the sensors embedded in the intelligent tire is a big bottleneck,which restricts the development of the intelligent tire.If it is possible to achieve self-energized function by energy harvesting,the performance of the intelligent tire will be extended,and the practicability will be enhanced.Supported by the Nation Natural Science Foundation of China,this paper carries out the research on the integrated vehicle chassis control with self-energized intelligent tire.Firstly,the wheel vibration characteristics are measured and analyzed,which provide the basis for self-energized system design.Secondly,the self-energized system for intelligent tire is designed and established,which lays a foundation for the research of intelligent tire.Thirdly,The design and test analysis of the intelligent tire system are carried out,and the tire pressure identification method based on intelligent tire is developed.Finally,the strategy of integrated chassis control based on intelligent tire is developed.The research contents are as follows:1.The measurement and analysis of wheel vibration characteristicIn order to measure the wheel vibration,the wheel vibration detection system is set up and the vibration acceleration of the wheel is collected.The frequency characteristic of the wheel vibration amplitude is analyzed through fast Fourier transform.According to the analysis result,the relationship of peak frequency and speed is established,and the working point of the self-energized system is determined which provides the basis for self-energized system design.2.The design of self-energized system for intelligent tireA mathematical model of cantilever beam under axial force is established,and a prototype of self-energized system is made according to the model.A bench test is carried out,whose result shows that the piezoelectric cantilever beam meets the design requirements.A vehicle test system is built and the field test is carried out.The test results show that the piezoelectric cantilever beam can work effectively under the actual working conditions,and can provide enough electric power for the electrical equipment in the intelligent tire system.3.The design and development of intelligent tire systemThe overall architecture of intelligent tire system with triaxial acceleration sensor is designed.A platform for intelligent tire development is designed and built.The road test of intelligent tire is carried out,and the multi-source information for analysis is collected.The tire pressure identification function is proposed.The relationship between tire pressure and wheel vibration acceleration is discovered by fast Fourier transform,and then the tire pressure identification method is establish and verified based on intelligent tire.4.The study on integrated chassis control based on intelligent tireThe architecture of integrated chassis control based on intelligent tire is proposed,and then the strategy of the control system is developed according to model predictive control.In order to verify the control strategy,a co-simulation platform is built.A simulation test is carried out.The simulation result shows that the integrated chassis control based on the intelligent tire can effectively improve the control stability of the vehicle whose tire is in the abnormal condition.
