With the accelerating process of urbanization,due to the increase in impervious surface,a series of rain and flood problems have also arisen.For example,because of the rapid increase of urban stormwater flow,the old urban drainage channels and the low design standards cause rainwater to be discharged in a timely manner,which may cause urban hail.Groundwater is difficult to supplement with rainfall.Rainwater carries a large amount of garbage and pollutants during long-term runoff and causes pollution of urban water bodies when entering water bodies.Although rainwater is abundant,its utilization efficiency is extremely low.This has caused great damage to the urban living environment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to establish a reasonable rainwater flood control and utilization system and find ways to effectively utilize rainwater resources while reducing storm disasters.This article takes the Shuanghehu District of Xinzheng Airport as the research object.Based on the analysis of the existing topography,meteorological hydrology,geology and hydrogeological data of the study area,the volume of rainwater resources in the study area is calculated.This paper designed rainwater runoff control and utilization projects from the perspective of green sustainability.The design scheme and the city's original planning scheme were compared and evaluated.The main contents are:(1)Calculated the amount of rainwater resources in the study area,with a year of6653.2?10~4 m~3 in the wet years,5641.6?10~4 m~3 in the flat year,4730.2?10~4 m~3 in the drought year,and 3627.4?10~4 m~3 in the drought year.(2)Design urban backbone drainage project:Using ArcGIS software based on the topographic contours of the study area,the most suitable drainage channel location in the study area was calculated through filling,flow analysis and flow calculation.Relieve the pressure of drainage,set up two rainwater landscape lakes and a green water corridor in suitable locations,and determine the main parameters of main drainage works according to the area of the catchment area and the amount of flood discharge required.(3)Design of LID green rainwater management facilities:Firstly,based on the geology and hydrogeological conditions in the study area,the appropriate LID facility types in each block are determined using the analytic hierarchy process.Then the LIDs such as pervious paving,green roofs,and rain gardens are determined based on the type of land use in each block,green area,and stormwater runoff.Size of facilities.(4)Municipal pipe network design:setting up a municipal stormwater pipe network to smoothly drain the main drainage works and LID The amount of residual rainwater processed by the green rainwater management facility will ensure the safety of urban drainage.(5)Establish SWMM model of surface runoff under the conditions,planning and design conditions of the study area,and compare and analyze the control effect of the design scheme on surface stormwater runoff.(6)Visual MODFLOW software was used to establish a groundwater flow model for the current conditions,planning and design conditions in the study area,and the impact of the design scheme on the dynamics of the groundwater level was compared.Through the design of the scheme for the control and utilization of rain-flood runoff in the research area,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The rainwater resources in the research area are abundant,have the risk of waterlogging also has the value of accumulation and utilization.(2)This paper establishes a stormwater runoff control and utilization system that uses rivers as the main drainage channel,supplemented by LID facilities and protected by storm water network grey facilities.Compared with the traditional fast rain flood management model,the design of this paper not only can effectively reduce rainwater runoff coefficient,the peak flow and delay the peak time,but also can better maintain the groundwater dynamic stability,even in the local region can lift the underground water level.
