The oxygen-filled valve head of high pressure oxygen one-way valve is mostly used by high polymer insulation material,so it's easy to generate and accumulate static electricity.The harm caused by static electricity is more frequently with polymer insulation materials are widely used in many fields,some accidents of combustion or explosion caused by electrostatic discharge have occurred at home and abroad,which often cause serious casualties or property losses.In the process of oxygenation of the aero-oxygen system,because of the friction between the valve head and the high speed airflow,a lot of static electricity can be generated on the surface,in high pressure pure oxygen environment electrostatic discharge is extremely dangerous,therefore,the electrostatic study of hyperbaric oxygen filled valve should not be relaxed.To simulate the work environment of the one-way valve,this paper specially designed and made the surface contact electrostatic charge test platform to explore the influence of different pressure,humidity and separation speed on the surface power of the material,it can realize simple control of environment humidity,contact pressure and separation speed in the process of contact-separation,and it's convenient to measure the surface electrostatic potential of a test pieces.The main contents of the paper are:This paper firstly analyzes the research status of contact electrostatic at home and abroad,then expounded the electric mechanism of static electricity and the typies of ESD and explored the factors that influence the static characteristics of oxygen valve head material combinated with the explosion accidents caused by combustion of aero-oxygen valve in recent years in China.Then we have carried out high voltage pure oxygen electrostatic discharge ignition test to verify that the energy needed to ignite materials is sharply reduced under pure high pressure oxygen environment.We have designed and implemented an electrostatic test platform for contact electrification to test the static characteristics of oxygen valve materials.We have analyzed the electrical accumulation characteristics of the materials by changing the contact pressure size,contact time,relative humidity of the environment and the separation rate.We compared the electrostatic properties of two commonly used oxygen-filled valve head insulating materials to analyse the more suitable material for oxygen-filled valve head on electrostatic properties.
