As an integral part of a vehicle in the high-level building construction, the control method and the structure of the elevator have been experienced a long-term development, from the original simple independent elevator control, more complex elevator parallel operation control, intelligent multiple elevators joint control to now adaptive elevator control technology that be able to adapt to different architectural environment adaptive elevator control technology. How to improve the service quality of elevator is always the core research content in elevator control field. With the constant improvement of the demand for elevator service quality, not only single ladder control system requires being optimized, but also multiple sets of elevator group scheduling control needs intensive study. The research on optimization of the elevator group control system is conducted through analyzing the characteristics of the elevator crowd control system. The paper proposes a control method based on ant colony algorithm for elevator group control optimization system, designs an elevator group control system based on PLC(S7-300),and erects the elevator simulation platform based on Win CC.According to different traffic modes, the system is evaluated in terms of passenger waiting time, passenger journey time, energy consumption and car crowding.Collect the actual passenger flow information of office building,by comparing and analyzing the results, the effectiveness of the group control method designed in this paper and its feasibility in PLC system are verified. The optimal dispatching of elevator group control is realized, and the overall performance level of elevator group control system is improved.
