With the development of our economy,reinforced concrete structures are widely used in construction projects.Therefore,the mechanical connection technology of rebars has been continuously developed.The level of the mechanical connection technology of rebars directly affects the quality and efficiency of the engineering project.The technology of rebar's pressed coupling sleeve connection is a more common connection method in the mechanical connection technology of rebars.At present,there are few studies on the extrusion connection technology of high strength rebar with diameter of 25 mm or more.Therefore,the study on the automatic feeding and extruding forming execution system in the technology of rebar's pressed coupling sleeve connection has a high practical significance.This topic is based on the rebar's pressed coupling sleeve connection production process,The numerical simulation software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the rebar sleeve extrusion process,and the rules of the rebar sleeve extrusion forming were understood.By analyzing the law of metal flow,stress,strain,load and damage in the extrusion forming process,the theoretical basis is provided for the optimization design of the die.By analyzing of the current domestic common automatic feeding system and the characteristics of rebar and sleeve,to determine the overall design.The mechanical structure of the automatic feeding device is designed in detail,and the three-dimensional model is built by using UG.Finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used for static analysis of extrusion die and mechanical gripper in automatic feeding device so as to meet the strength requirement.The modal analysis was performed on the double-row small sprocket and the chain,and the natural frequency and modal vibration pattern were obtained.The resonance frequency range was obtained and the working frequency was far away from these frequencies,which can reduce or avoid the resonance of the device.The extruding connection of rebar sleeve is tried out in this project.It is proved that the splice has good impact resistance,and the connection strength meets the grade I connection strength standard stipulated in the technical specification for rebar mechanical splicing.
