With the rapid development of construction industry,raise the level of technology,prefabricated assembly structure again into sight;compared with the current structure of the cast-in-place prefabricated structure has the advantages of simple production process,low resource consumption,less environmental pollution and cost advantages,it is a trend of development of the construction industry.Prefabricated construction is the core node processing,steel sleeve grouting connection is an important way of connecting the prefabricated structure,the safe and reliable connection,small size,high production efficiency,analysis of steel sleeve grouting joints mechanical properties of prefabricated construction safety work node important guarantee,has profound significance on the development of the construction industry in our country.The prefabricated structure and steel sleeve grouting material at home and abroad with the development status of the statement;introduced the sleeve type and specification of steel sleeve grouting material connected to the project requirements;the first batch of steel sleeve test was simulated with finite element method,comparing the displacement load curve,reinforcement stress-cylinder wall strain curve analysis of sleeve,steel,grouting material stress;comparison of different grouting sleeve grouting section minimum diameter and nominal diameter difference connecting reinforcement effect,stating the sleeve and the grouting material section stress,analysis of the sleeve and the grouting material cross section stress variation,stated the sleeve surface the transverse and longitudinal strain distribution of sleeve grouting material opening positions were stated;the theory of thick wall cylinder based on the statement of the sleeve and the grouting material circumferential stress condition analysis The vertical force of the sleeve is compared with the calculated value of the theoretical formula.Research shows that: the simulation of displacement load curve,reinforcement stress-strain curve of cylinder wall agree with the test results,the grouting material stress in reinforcing steel bar with ribs and sleeve shear bond stress is large,the sleeve from the sleeve mouth to the middle of the sleeve increases,anchor bar stress from end to end anchoring sleeve opening stress gradually the sleeve surface increases,the longitudinal strain increases gradually from the middle to the two ends of the sleeve,the absolute value of the variation is the same as the transverse strain and longitudinal strain;stress sleeve grouting mouth and out hole slurry concentration phenomenon,through the analysis of the stress state of sleeve,sleeve grouting hole position is poor,should be opened in less stress at grout sleeve grouting section;minimum diameter and nominal diameter difference connecting reinforcement larger sleeve longitudinal strain,lateral strain absolute value is small;reinforced ribbed section near the mouth sleeve stress significantly than steel The stress in the vicinity of the circular part of the rib is large,and the calculated value of the theoretical formula is in good agreement with the simulation value.
