With the rapid development of China's building industrialization,precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panels have become more and more widely used as a high-performance external protection component.At present,the common connection method between the monolayer prefabricated sandwich insulation exterior wall board and the main structure in China is that the top is connected with the upper beam plate line through the reinforcement,and the bottom and the lower beam plate are connected with the lateral angle steel.This connection method causes the connection between the exterior wall panel and the main body structure to no longer be a statically determinate structure,and the interaction between the two will affect the force performance of the components directly connected to the wall panel,the dynamic characteristics and damage mechanisms of the entire main structure,and The stress performance of the exterior wall panel itself cannot be ignored.In order to make good use of this interaction to improve the seismic performance of the structure,this paper cuts in from the perspective of structural vibration control.Based on the existing design,it proposes to use an upper double-row reinforcement line connection between the wallboard and the frame(to avoid the beam end Plastic hinge area)The bottom is provided with a U-shaped steel plate energy absorber connection.Using this connection method,high-performance mild steel energy absorbers under the action of medium and large earthquakes can use horizontal plane displacement and energy dissipation between the wall panels and the main structure to reduce the damage of structural components and improve the seismic performance of the structure.In this paper,the pseudo-static test of U-shaped steel plate energy absorbers was firstly carried out.Two sets of U-shaped energy absorber U-1 and U-2 with different sizes were designed and manufactured,and the different design parameters(such as the length of straight sections of steel plates)were defined.The thickness of the steel plate and the diameter of the arc segment)affect the stiffness,load-carrying capacity,deformation,and energy dissipation capacity;the test results show that both specimens yield and consume energy at the transition between the arc segment and the straight segment of the steel plate.The thickness of the steel plate and the diameter of the arc segment have a significant influence on the capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the energy absorber.Secondly,the finite element software Marc was used to simulate the hysteresis loop of the U-shaped steel energy absorber.The simulation results show that the refined finite element modeling method can better simulate the response of the specimen.In the following,the paper also designed and manufactured a test piece of PC shear wall with shock-absorbing outer wall panel PC,which was connected with steel wire(within the beam end plastic hinge area)at the upper part and equipped with a U-shaped steel plate energy absorber at the bottom.Static test study.The test results show that: the failure mode of the specimen first appeared plastic hinge at the bottom of the wall,then the end of the beam yielded,and finally the concrete of the plastic hinge area of the wall limb was crushed and destroyed;the upper part avoided the connection of the plastic hinge area,and the bottom passed.The energy dissipation device connection can achieve the same beam hinge yielding mechanism as the ordinary external wallboard joint shear wall;the bottom U-shaped steel plate energy absorber yields when the sample displacement is 3mm,earlier than the shear wall yield time.The deformation conforms to the expected track-type rolling mode.The bolt connection between the energy absorber and the outer plate is firm and reliable.The design is reasonable and the installation quality meets the requirements.The displacement ductility coefficient of the sample is between 3.62 and 3.94,which meets the design requirements.Based on the experimental study,the Marc finite element software was used to simulate the stress process of the test piece,and the analysis of the skeleton curve,failure mode,crack development and the test results were compared.The analysis results are in good agreement with the experimental results,which shows that the finite element analysis model established can simulate the stress and failure state of the specimens.It can be used for further research.
