By changing the arrangement of each component of the constituent parts in the high and large formwork support system of the steel tubular scaffold with couplers,the influence of each component in the system on the ultimate bearing capacity of the overall force has been analyzed,additionally,the ultimate bearing capacity of the overall force in the system has been comprehensively analyzed in terms of the different distribution and erection of upright tubes,horizontal lacing tubes,horizontal diagonal bracing and vertical diagonal bracing.And the corresponding reinforcement measures during the construction operation are proposed according to the analysis results of the whole architecture and each component.In this study,the harm of erroneous tendency which is easy to appear in the erection of the high and large formwork support system of the steel tubular scaffold with couplers on the construction site has been extensively elaborated.Therefore,it is easier for project site manager to master the key control points in the erection of the high and large formwork support system,which provides reference for precise control in the implementation of similar projects. |
