With the increase of the number of the long span prestressed concrete beambridges adopting cantilever erection construction method, the related theories andpractices of linear control of long span continuous box girder, particularly, themethod of precasting box girder segment using short line matching has been paidmore and more attention. This paper firstly discusses the content and method ofconstruction control, method of structural analysis, error analysis and structuralstate prediction where the modeling process of grey predictive control theory isdetailed. Secondly, it treatises the method of precasting the beam segment ofcurve continuous bridge adopting cantilever erection, with the emphasis on themethod of short line matching.Taking the contract B2 curve continuous bridge of the Sutong Yangtze RiverBridge as the ease, this study conducts the analog computation of constructionprocess and parametric analysis, precasts the beam segment by short linematching to obtain the partial precasting coordinators at the bed box, and then setup the beam segments through transforming the partial coordinators to globalcoordinators. At the same time, during the course of erection, GM (1,1) predictivemodel is built according to the grey predictive control theory to compute andpredict the deforming value of deflection of box beam.This study shows that using the method of short line matching to precastbeam segment is suitable to multiple-span long bridges with lots of segments,especially curve bridges; besides, it is feasible to carry out construction control ofconcrete continuous beam bridge by applying the Grey Predictive Control Theoryin the course of erection. |
