| The supporting structure of high presure jet grouting cable and bored pile wall is a new type of deep foundation pit supporting structure,of which the high presure jet grouting cable made of anchor cable with drilling rig by slipping casting at high pressure is formed at a time,which could reduce the influence on the surrounding environment and ensure anchorage body bigger which could greatly enhance its uplift bearing capacity,compared with traditional handicraft.Bored pile wall is a traditional construction technology.Based on the deep foundation pit of Jing Yuan of Jia Chen Li item in the Zhengzhou City,the behaviours of the supporting structure of high pressure jet grouting anchor and bored pile wall in deep foundation pit were analyzed with theoretical calculating formulas and FLAC 3D in this article.The major contents are summarized as follows:1)Read lots of papers,and learn the working mechanism of the supporting structure of high presure jet grouting cable and bored pile wall from predecessors,scholars and advisors.In the meantime,characteristics of high presure jet grouting cable are emphatically discussed,and optimize its anti-pulling force calculation.2)In order to use Lizheng software 7.0 to design and construct the deep foundation pit of Jia Chen Li item in the Zhengzhou City,collect engineering data and combine with actual working conditions.The numerical results verify it’s applicability and provide a useful reference for the design and construction in Zhengzhou City and the other’s similar deep excavation projects in the future.3)Strictly according to the working conditions and geological conditions,Fast Lagrangian Analysis of Continua in 3 Dimensions(FLAC3D)was employed to investigate the deformation characteristics of a staged excavated and supported foundation pit of which the piles and anchors were adopted as the primary supporting structure in Zhengzhou City.The change of high pressure jet grouting cable,the deflection of bored pile walls,the settlement of ground surface,and the movement of the deep strata outside the excavation were analyzed. |
