The Application Of Anchor Pile Supporting Technology In The Construction Of Deep Foundation Pit

With the development of economy,our country make great progress in the field of deep foundation pit supporting,there are many new technology and got very good application in engineering practice,accumulated much practical experience.Such as the underground continuous wall,spray anchor net and pile,the combined supporting system,etc.The aspects of theory and technology practice is mature,but have some technical difficulties and engineering accidents in practical engineering.Using any kind of solution must combine some factors such as soil conditions,foundation pit depth,groundwater conditions,reasonable construction.This paper analyses the causes of the foundation pit engineering accident,expounds the characteristics of deep foundation pit supporting structure and the construction technology of the anchor rod and concrete filling pile,introduces the management measures of deep foundation pit supporting engineering,based on the summarizes the status of deep foundation pit supporting structure at home and abroad.Finally studied the application of anchor concrete piles in deep foundation pit supporting technology in Zhengzhou city three-ring rapidness engineering north third ring road under the railway marshalling station project.Because the engineering of foundation pit supporting the influence of some factors such as geological and hydrological conditions,the design of construction technology and the actual situation,adopted the anchor pile support scheme.This article around the support scheme of practical application,focusing on the analysis of the pre-stressed anchor and bored piles construction technological process,technical characteristics,quality control measures such as work,and monitoring techniques and monitoring results has carried on the analysis and evaluation in actual application,hope has certain reference value for other similar projects.
