For cast-in-place reinforced concrete bridge,the construction method of supporting castin-place is often applied in practical engineering.Since the support system is temporary construction equipment,the design of the support system is often completed by the construction unit.Due to the limited design capability of the construction unit,the support system in the construction process can not be guaranteed in safety,making it easy to cause safety accidents.Therefore,it is very important to study the stress and stability of support body.This paper by means of the brace system introduces the theory of stability and instability of the brace system problems are classified,and then to support the stability of the support system analysis method,a detailed analysis of finite element method for engineering practical problems get more accurate answer,it is also commonly used methods of structure stability analysis.The analysis of nonlinear stability problem should be analyzed by finite element analysis software.Secondly this paper takes on a long-span reinforced concrete arch bridge bearing type practical engineering full framing support system and a long-span cable-stayed bridge under construction mainspan cast-in-situ prestressed concrete beam as the engineering background,the combination of the brace system research analyzes the following problems:1.Analyze the eigenvalue buckling analysis of the scaffold support system,and then the stability bearing capacity of the bridge support system is obtained with the nonlinear buckling analysis of the support system;2.Based on the analysis of the foundation settlement of the support system of the mantang,the buckling load of the supporting system under different foundation settlement conditions is obtained.Analysis to obtain full framing support system of stability bearing capacity of foundation settlement for stent supporting system has a great influence,in the process of construction should be strictly controlled stent supporting system of foundation settlement,more to prevent pavement at the bottom of the supporting system;3.Research and analysis of the i MPact of the foundation of the composite bracket on the force of the beret beam,the force of the steel column and the stability.It can be seen from the analysis that the settlement of the foundation of the composite bracket has a great influence on the force of the composite scaffold,which affects the safe use of the composite stents and the i MPact on the construction safety.The foundation settlement of the composite bracket reduces the buckling load of the steel pipe column and reduces the stability;4.Research and analysis of the influence of the support system on the arch ring under the action of different subsoil settlement conditions;5.Research and analysis of the influence of foundation settlement on the arch ring stress in the early stage of concrete pouring;6.Research and analysis of the influence of foundation settlement on the deformation of arch ring in the early stage of concrete pouring.Analysis through the study of the above problems,this paper obtained the large span bridge due to foundation settlement in the process of scaffold construction for upper bracket supporting system and bridge structure,the influence of the results as reference for similar projects.
