With the development of modern bridge construction technology, the construction technology of box beam construction has made great progress. Pouring bracket is the construction method of beam casting a mature box in box beam construction, which has the advantages of easy construction, simple technology, wide applicability, and advantages of no prefabricated field, so it is not only a main method of city bridge construction, the mountain, but also the preferred method of Mountain Bridge Box Girder Construction.Construction technology of cast in place support is widely used in the bridge engineering in mountainous area, however, in the construction of a lack of authoritative regulations on the checking computation of supporting structures, so the calculation method of how to find a reliable and practical engineering characteristics in actual construction has become the important direction of research on construction technology of cast-in-place, in this paper, the corresponding research is done on this issue, the conclusions are as follows.Firstly, this paper describes the structure stability of supports and the critical load of research methods in detail, then expounds the structure of the instability and the instability of applied structure critical load static method, energy method and finite element method in structure stability Accordingly, the mountain bridge characteristics are analyzed. This paper also puts forward the concrete contents of stent design and safety technical measures of construction which needs support in the mountainsSecondly, this paper relies on the Wannan mountain duck across High-speed Rail bridge, which introduces the basic measures of cast-in-place pressure in foundation treatment and support pre, engineering and environmental characteristics and the duck High-speed Rail bridge across its corresponding treatment measures are proposed, the load limit damage on support and formwork stiffness, the bearing capacity and stability of the corresponding calculation, in order to verify the rationality of the stent design.Finally, based on the support of various checking, according to the characteristics of engineering itself, it offers a complete support cast-in-place construction plan, including the foundation treatment, support pre pressure, scaffold erection, concrete, prestressed tension, bracket removing, and provide the corresponding safety measures in construction,。It will have certain reference value to the similar bridge engineering environment pressure, stability, construction project, construction safety measures.
