Seismic isolation technology has been widely used in middle and lower buildings, and has achieved excellent isolation effect. With the development of economy and society and the need for practical application, urban buildings are becoming more and more high, and more and more seismic isolation technology has been used in high-rise buildings. The isolation structure of high-rise and super-high-rise buildings is more specific than the middle-low-rise isolation structures. Many aspects of high-rise and super high-rise isolation structures have yet to be studied. This paper mainly studies the following content:(1)Adopting three kinds of finite element software for YJK,SAP2000 and ETABS,the finite element model of non seismic isolation and isolation structure is established for 18-storey RC shear wall structures in a high intensity region. The isolation bearing is arranged in the isolation layer, and seven seismic records are selected according to the standard requirements, and the modal, response spectrum and time history analysis are carried out.The base isolation design for the upper structure is lowered. The structural deformation of the isolated structure, the wind resistance of the isolation layer, and the checking of the seismic isolation bearing are performed. Results of three software calculations are compared.(2)Based on the design of high-rise RC shear wall base-isolated structure,ETABS finite element software is used to analyze elastic time history with FNA method. The seismic performance and isolation effect of high-rise base-isolated structures are evaluated from the angles of interlayer displacement, interlayer shearing force, floor acceleration, support hysteresis and energy dissipation.(3)In order to understand the response process of high-rise isolation structures under earthquakes, the overall elasto-plastic behavior of the isolation structures was analyzed.Application of Direct Integral Method of Dynamic Elastoplastic Time History Analysis of 18-Story RC Shear Wall Isolated Structures Using YJK Finite Element Software.By comparing the interlayer displacement angle and the interlayer shear force between elastic and elastoplastic time-history analysis structures, the damage and the plastic hinge distributions are examined, and the failure mechanism and component performance of the high-rise base isolation structures are analyzed from the macroscopic structure and component level, and the seismic performance of the structures and the prediction of earthquake damage results are evaluated.(4)There is no special explanation for the use of ground motion input in the design and analysis of seismic isolation structure, and most of the isolated structures in China have been designed and analyzed by one ground motion input.Owing to the spatial nature of the ground motion and the particularity of the high-rise base isolation structure, the input bidirectional ground motion and three-direction ground motion of the base-isolated structure of the high-rise RC shear wall are calculated and compared with the one ground motion. The influence of multi-directional seismic motion on seismic behavior of high-rise base-isolated structure is discussed from the comparison of interlayer displacement, floor acceleration, isolation bearing response(displacement, surface pressure,hysteresis).(5)As the seismic isolation layer is installed in the basement floor of the basement,it is hoped that the structure and the safety of the surrounding soil can be reduced to further reduce the upper structure reaction and improve the seismic performance of the structure. The seismic performance and damping effect of the composite isolated structure of high-rise foundation are discussed in this paper, which is based on the structure of base-isolated structures and the base-isolated structure, which is composed of floor displacement, interlayer shearing force, floor acceleration and damper hysteretic.
