Study On The Spatial Change Of Industrial Heritage In Wuhan

Industrial heritage is a legacy of industrial civilization and an important carrier for historical and cultural records of the entire city.As a brand of industrial civilization,it is accompanied by changes in society,the development of the times,the evolution of history,and the development and inheritance of culture.In this way,the industrial heritage resulting from changes in society reveals the changes of a city and changes in society,and is rooted in the city as a symbol.To preserve the history of a city and the characteristics of the city,it is necessary to preserve these symbols and leave memories of social changes.Wuhan experienced the three periods of the late Qing Dynasty,the Republic of China,and the New China,occupying a central position geographically.It plays an important role in all stages of our country' s social development and is now the leading industrial and commercial metropolis in the middle of the country.With the process of industrialization and urbanization,Wuhan has continuously and rapidly promoted economic development.However,in the process,many valuable industrial heritages have also been abandoned or dismantled.This article studies the industrial heritage from the perspective of spatial change,explains the spatial changes,remodeling and functional reconstruction of Wuhan's industrial heritage based on the two dimensions of time and space.It is divided into three parts to discuss the full text.The first part introduces the development context,distribution characteristics of Wuhan industry in modern times,and the status quo of related industrial heritage.It explores the significance of industrial heritage in Wuhan's urban development;the second part analyzes the new era in China from the perspective of the protection and utilization of industrial heritage.The new shape of the industrial heritage space summarizes the three ways in which Wuhan's industrial heritage is transformed.Combined with the case of transformation of old factory buildings in China,it explores the dynamic mechanism for transforming the industrial heritage space into a cultural and creative space.The third part focuses on further exploring the industrial heritage space.The dynamic mechanism of the transformation of cultural and creative space,the spatial interaction between the two,and finally the proposal for the protection and use of industrial heritage based on the reorganization of industrial heritage and cultural and creative industries.This paper studies the historical changes,spatial reshaping,and functional replacement of Wuhan's industrial heritage,and integrates rich but fragmented industrial heritage resources.It aims to adapt to the backdrop of the booming development of the cultural industry in the new era and explore the interaction between industrial heritage and cultural and creative industries.The relationship promotes the protection and utilization of industrial heritage and promotes the development of Wuhan's cultural industry.
