Building Enterprise Quota Based On Monte Carlo Method

In recent years,the Central Government has invested a lot of funds to carry out land consolidation projects.For enterprises,it is full of opportunities and will surely face more challenges.The original industry uniform standard budget quotas can no longer fully meet the needs of enterprises,and enterprises are in desperate need.According to their own situation,compose their own corporate quotas.The Nandu River Basin Land Renovation Project is a key construction project that benefits the entire northern part of Hainan Province.This project selected the third tender section as the research background.The number of precast concrete U-shaped troughs used in this project was the most,so it was selected as the key research of the company's quota.Object.Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign research status quo of enterprise quota and the establishment of various problems existing in the process,first applied the determination method of current commonly used traditional quota to enterprise quota determination and its research object.In the aspect of manual quota measurement,according to the specific situation on the site,time is recorded by mixed method,and working day realistic method is used to provide basic data for the preparation of manual quota.Materials are divided into physical materials and non-physical materials,the former mainly adopts field technology measurement method,the latter adopts statistical method and theoretical calculation method to compile.Machine shift quota is determined according to field measurement data and mechanical performance index.Then the final enterprise quota results and the current industry quota are compared and analyzed to find out the reasons for the data difference between the two.Secondly,on the basis of the traditional quota measurement method,the monte carlo method of random number algorithm is proposed,which solves the practical problem of insufficient data in enterprise quota system.Finally,using the linear regression theory to improve the monte carlo method and carry out the example verification,to provide more theoretical basis and operation method for the establishment of enterprise quota.Through this paper study the theory and practice experience,for the cost of land consolidation project and other similar project control and project management,provide a reference basis to the enterprise quota compiling also will have a certain degree of reference.
