| With the increase of wind power integration year by year,uncertainty of wind power leads to the difficulty of the conventional power merely to resolve the intermittent fluctuation of wind power generation effectively,and it restricts the wind power consumption severely.Therefore,integration of peaking resources on both sides of the load and grid and adopting load-grid coordinated optimal control becomes a new approach to improve wind power accommodation.In that sense,research on a multiļ¼time scale load-grid coordination control optimal method for wind power hindered accommodation has important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper analyzes load-grid coordination control to accommodate wind power hindered.Since wind power has characteistics of volatility,stochastic,and anti-peak regulation,large-scale wind power integration leads to the increase of the load peak-valley difference and the peak regulation demand,and then the lack of the system peak regulation causes the wind power hindered.Therefore,the impact of the load-grid coordination control based on energy-intensive load and tie-line for wind power hindered accommodation is studied.Then,the load-grid regulation characteistics and model are discussed.Energy-intensive load is divided into discrete and continuous one based on its operation and regulation characteistics,and the regulation models are built seperately after the research of the regulation characteistics.Combining with the time shifting characteistic of the transmission power of the tie-line,the time shifting model is built.The constraint conditions are given by each model above.Subsequently,the energy-intensive load and the transmission power of the tie-line are brought into load-grid coordination optimization.The control method is divided into two parts,one is day-ahead level,and the other is within-day level.The former is based on the day-ahead level wind power forecast,and tries to achieve the least wind power hindered.The latter is based on the within-day level wind power forecast,and strives to reduce the deviation between the day-ahead plan and practical situation.And the fuzzy self-tuning particle swarm optimization is used to solve the models.Finally,taking Hexi power grid in Gansu province as an example,simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed a multi-time scale load-grid coordination control optimal method for wind power hindered accommodation. |
