| With energy shortage and environmental issues becoming more and more serious, the sustainable development of the power industry is facing the dual challenges of resources and environment. At the same time, as a clean, low-carbon and renewable energy with huge storage and comparatively mature technology of exploitation, wind power is rapidly developing in power industry. However, due to its stochastic and volatility, its large-scale integration brings great complexity in the power balance and stability control of power system. As a high-level control center, it’s easier for regional grid to get the information of the whole network and take advantage of the whole network to coordinate scheduling and control. In this paper, a research on dispatching for regional grid with large-scale wind power is studied with current situation and problems of thermal power and wind power,aiming to get a dispatching with efficient allocation of resource and utilization of wind power.Based on the existing literature and research achievement, this paper firstly analyzed the factors affecting the dispatching of regional grid, and proposed that tie-line switching power could be a schedulable resource. To deal with the random nature and the low forecast accuracy of wind power generation, a multi-level coordinated scheduling and multi-time scale coordination mode is proposed. Then constructed a general research framework of dispatching for regional grid with large-scale wind power, and developed research directions.Secondly, this paper proposed a model of regional grid dispatching with the ability of tie-line adjustment based on a unified whole network optimization and multi-level coordinated scheduling. And then the paper proposed a method of tie-line scheduling based on marginal cost of electricity, which highly coupled with the actual operation and conducive to efficient allocation of resources in regional power grid. Studies of the dispatching model and method of IEEE 118-bus system show that the model proposed is efficient and practical.Finally, the paper proposed a model of regional grid dispatching with large-scalewind power and a method of its scheduling strategy based on a multi-level coordinated scheduling and multi-time scale coordination mode. Studies of the model and method proposed to the modified IEEE 118-bus system shows that the model and strategy proposed is effective and practical on resource optimization and wind power consumptive,and better to response on low wind power prediction accuracy. |
