As one of the most important energy sources,wind energy is of great significance to mitigate environmental pollution and lack of energy plaque.As its nonlinear characteristics of multivariable and multi control,the control strategy and parameter identification process of large wind turbines are very complicated.The paper analyzes the closed loop identifiability of wind turbines and proposes a wind turbine operation mode based on online model parameter identification.The wind turbine model can effectively identify the online and off-line parameters of the wind power system,and optimize the controller parameters,which could overcome the influence of the flexible characteristics of the wind turbine and improve the quality of the wind power system.When building the wind turbine model,the paper first analyzes the mechanism model structure of wind turbine and the simplification process based on factory parameters and deduces a nonlinear state space model combining transmission system with electrical system.Based on the model,the least square identification model is established.Then,the paper identifies the parameters of the wind model based on the least square method and genetic algorithm combined the GH Bladed and MATLAB.Finallly,the comparison of the ridentification is verified.As for the application research,the model is used to achieve the power gain scheduling of wind turbines.First,the electrical system model is simplified in a first order based on the Simulink.The model parameters of working point could be obtained with the Taylor’s formula to linearize the model.Then the papere analyzes the wind turbine controller and reseachs the gain scheduling control with the interpolation method on the Simulink.The paper also optimizates the controller parameter based on the improved genetic algorithm which introduces the concept of difference degree for the controller.Which could effectively improve the algorithm optimization ability.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified based on the MATLAB which lays the foundation for the design of the model and the practical application.The reseach of the paper has certain engineering application value.
