Research On Optimization And Selection Of Express Freight Trains Operating Plan Based On The Demand-oriented

The rapid development of China’s economy and the transformation of its structure have made society have higher requirements on the quality of freight transportation.The demand of high added value freight transportation with characteristics such as exact timeliness,small quantity,muti-batch is increasing,so express freight transportation with high value-added freight has become a need for development.The change in transportation demand has prompted the railway freight products to exhibit diversified characteristics.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing literature,this article focuses on the operating plan of the railway express freight transportation and the owner’s choice of the freight transportation product.In order to provide a more reasonable operating plan of railway express freight transportation and decision-making basis for decision makers the specific research content includes the following three aspects.(1)By analyzing the concept and characteristics of railway express freight and doing statistics and analysis of existing research literature at home and abroad from different perspectives,not only the research results of existing literature are drawn on,but also shortcoming of them existed are analyzed and summarized in the paper.On this basis,by considering the demand-oriented approach,optimization of operating plan of railway express freight transportation and product selection are studied.(2)Optimization design of express freight transportation.After analyzing the factors that influence the design of the operating plan,the goal is to maximize the returns of transport enterprises and minimize the time for freight transport.Under the premise of giving priority to the operation of direct trains,muti-objective optimization model of the operating plan are established,and examples are calculated and analyzed by using Genetic algorithms.The results show that the optimization model of the operating plan is reasonable and feasible.(3)The selection of railway express freight product.the choice of freight products from the perspective of complete rationality and non-rationality of the owner.The express freight product selection model based on the expected utility theory and the prospect theory are established respectively.The sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters was further carried out on the latter’s three decision-making factors including time,cost,and transportation safety.The results of the example show that there are differences in the selection behavior determined by the two models,and the shipper’s psychological reference point significantly affects the choice of freight products.Based on the prospect theory,the express freight product selection model can more objectively reflect the actual choice behavior.Through the analysis above,it has a positive significance to the railway express freight transport organization and the development of freight products in our country.Finally,the shortcomings and prospects in the paper are proposed.
