Study On Optimization Of Railway Express Freight Trains Operation Plan

With the adjustment of domestic economic and industrial structure,especially the rapid rise of new industries represented by the Internet and e-commerce,the demand for high-value-added goods,such as electronic products,food,express parcels and consumer goods,has exploded,paying more attention to the rapidity,convenience and efficiency of goods in transit.In order to adapt to the changes of transport demand structure and freight market pattern,railway transport enterprises have to deepen reform and develop more differentiated products to improve their competitiveness.Railway transport enterprises carry out express freight transport organization on the basis of the operation plan,which directly affects the quality of transport services and transport service efficiency.Therefore,the study on the schemes of express freight train operation has important practical significance for improving the market share of express freight,the economic benefits of transport enterprises,and the satisfaction degree of cargo owners.In this paper,we optimize the operation plan of express freight train on general-speed railway.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)By analyzing the demand characteristics of railway express freight transportation,the main types of goods for railway express freight transportation are determined.Secondly,the overall freight logistics market and railway freight logistics market are analyzed.There is still a lot of room for railway development in the high value-added express market.Thirdly,by comparing and analyzing the traditional operation process of railway and the organizational process of railway express freight transportation,railway express transportation has higher advantages in intensive,professional and service capacity.(2)The definition and design principles of express train operation plan are elaborated.Express train operation plan should be designed according to the principles of "passenger train" operation organization,reducing time,improving efficiency,giving priority to direct transportation,meeting diversified demand of express market and maximizing transportation revenue.Fast cargo flow is the premise of drawing up operation plan.At the same time,the change of fast cargo flow affects the design of operation plan.There are many factors affecting the planning of express freight train operation,among which the composition of cargo sources and the actual operation capacity affect the logarithmic design of express freight train.At the same time,the number of marshalling vehicles and transport costs will also affect the choice of cargo owner’s transport mode.(3)Construct the optimization model of express freight train scheduling.On the basis of giving priority to direct train operation,considering the operation mode of combining direct train with swing-off train,flexible scheduling,multi-class service,and service time,this paper designs a plan to meet the needs of shippers.Taking the maximum operating income of railway transportation enterprises and the minimum generalized cost of cargo owners as optimization objectives,the model is constructed with constraints of service frequency,number of marshalling vehicles,section capacity,arrival time and hang-up times,and solved by genetic algorithm.The model and algorithm are validated by a simulated road network example.
